How do I check my services and hosting packages from client area?

To check the services and hosting package details, you will need to log in to your client area. If you do not know how to log in then follow these instructions.

  • Click on the Services menu and choose the My Services option

  • You will be redirected to the My Products & Services page. On this page, you can review all your hosting services and their status, which you have registered in this account.

  • To view more details of any hosting package, click on the Active button

Here, you can review the following information about the selected hosting package:

  • Registration Date
  • Name of Product/Service with its current status
  • Billing Cycle
  • Recurring Amount
  • Next Due Date
  • Payment Method etc.

From this page, you can also cancel and upgrade the hosting package by clicking on the Upgrade and Cancel Button respectively.
