How many years can I register my domain?
When it comes to domain registration, you can secure your domain for up to 10 years, but keep in mind that not all top-level domains (TLDs) offer the same registration period. Here's a simple guide to help you understand how long you can register your domain and how to make sure you don't miss out on securing it for the duration you want.
How to Check Domain Registration Duration:
- Visit the TLD Page
Go to the page for the specific TLD you're interested in and scroll down to the "Domain Pricing" table. You’ll see the registration prices listed for each available year. For example, with the .AT TLD, you'll only see the price for one year since it can only be registered for that duration. But for a .COM domain, prices are listed for up to 10 years, as that's the maximum registration period available. - Adjust Your Cart
Once you’ve added your desired domain to the shopping cart, you can click the drop-down menu, which is set to 1 year by default. Here, you can adjust the number of years you want to register your domain for. The drop-down will show the maximum number of years you can register for your specific TLD.
Why Register for Multiple Years?
Opting for a multi-year registration can give you peace of mind, ensuring that your domain doesn’t expire unexpectedly. Plus, it's a convenient way to lock in your domain name for the long term and avoid the hassle of annual renewals.
Secure your domain for years to come—it's one less thing to worry about while building your online presence!
