Recommended mod_lsapi settings for Cloudlinux + CPanel Servers - Apache Tuning

set following parameters in /etc/apache2/conf.d/lsapi.conf

lsapi_terminate_backends_on_exit Off 
lsapi_backend_max_process_time 3600 
lsapi_with_connection_pool On

And for apply changes restart apache.

Also I recommend you disable cPanel fork bomb protection when you using LVE and CageFS.
